I would like you to think of your body as a mold.
Find that deep relaxed breath you started this journey with.
Then bring some part of your body in contact with some thing in the space. Structures, furniture, details, anything that draws your attention.
Take your time while merging into and being molded by this meeting of surfaces….

…until you feel like it has made an imprint that you can bring with you in your bodily memory.
